A Photo a Week Challenge | Off the Beaten Track

I’ve decided to do the Nancy Merrill Photography weekly challenge.  Her photo prompt this week is Off the Beaten Path.  This first photo was taken at Peebles Island in Cohoes NY.

This is the part of the red trail that goes around Peebles Island.  I wasn’t actually as interested in photographing the trail as I was this bundle of tree roots here at the bottom.  That being said, they were much more interesting from the side than they were once you got up on them lol.

This photo was taken at Cylburn Arboretum by the rose garden.  I really need to go back there.

Just to the left of this is the rose garden in case you’re wondering.  Okay, that’s it for today, I have to get moving, I’m headed out of town.  So no blog tomorrow.  I hope everyone enjoys the rest of their weekend.

BFN!
