Windows | Aspects

This weeks photo prompt from The Daily Post is Windows.  I was going to be a smartass and post a photo of a computer… get it, Windows lol, but then I decided against it because we are mostly an Apple household.  I decided to post a few of my favorite “window shots” instead.  Including one I took this morning of Lucy, which I’ll post first.  Please excuse the dirty window, I haven’t cleaned it this week.

Every day (that I open the blinds) she perches in this window.  Here she will stay until either a) Andre comes and steals her away or b) The sun sets.  Once the sun sets, she hops down and disappears into the house until she’s ready to come beg for cookies late at night lol.  She doesn’t have much other use for me or my bedroom lol.

Earlier in the summer, I went to see the butterflies, as some of you know.  I took a LOT of photos which I didn’t share.  I stalked this poor butterfly and caught this photo just as he landed on the window.

This last photo I took a couple of years ago.  I still love this batch of photos and go back to them from time to time.  I took this photo through the window of the gym that was in the bell tower of a hotel we were staying in.  That was a mouthful, hopefully it made sense to you.

I always love the way the sun’s rays look when they are peeping through the clouds.  I like it even better when I can edit and not lose the effect lol.

So, that’s it!  Tell me what you thought of this weeks photos in the comments below.
