This week I was thinking we’d all attempt to take a photo of a color that gives us trouble. Hot colors like red tend to give me a hard time. It is like I see it one way, but the camera is unable to translate what I see. Do you have a particular color that gives you a hard time. How simple is that! You can narrate your thought process when taking the photos, or you could just post the photo(s).
Here’s the rules:
1. Pick up your camera.
2. Take three shots.
3. Post one, or all three. Just post!
4. Don’t forget to tag – Take Three Challenge.
5. Pingback or comment below so I can find your submission.
That’s it!
I will post a new challenge every Thursday and you have a week to post your photo. Each week I will select a few submissions to feature on the next weeks challenge post.
Here are my shots for Week 4:
I choose these three photos some New Guinea Impatiens That I was trying to get just right. Sometimes I can nail orange, however when the lighting isn’t right, orange just comes out all washed out and weird. None of these came out particularly good, however I do like how the first one I took turned out in comparison to the other two. What do you think?
In week 3 of the Take Three Challenge, we had one participant:
jheart2hearty | Take Three Challenge | Week 3 – She shared a deserted stretch of highway/bridge. You should check it out!
Don’t forget you have a week to post your challenge photo and don’t forget to include a pingback, or I can’t find you. I look forward to your submissions. In the meantime, have a great weekend everyone… until next week.
BFN!
How do I ping back pls? 🙂

Oh, copy the link of the page/site you want to ping and copy it into your post. That’s the easiest way I can tell you to do it.

I agree with you. The first one looks better because there’s other colors besides just orange and green. It looks lively.

It is just over saturated and well, strange looking lol. I should have taken time to edit them and remove some of this saturation, but I try not to do a lot of hardcore editing to these challenge photos.
