What was one of your first moneymaking jobs (other than babysitting or newspaper delivery)?
My first job that paid was working at the local recreation center working the score board. It was only a couple of nights a week though, I think that was my senior year of high school. By the way, I never babysat. I didn’t like children… AT ALL.
What is your favorite month of the year?
October. Not because of Halloween either, but because this is usually when the Autumn weather starts to take a hold. I love the Fall of the year.
What three things in nature do you find most beautiful?
If you’ve spent more than 5 minutes on my blog you already know the answer to this.
- Flowers
- Birds
- Clouds
I love blossoms of all kinds, but there is something about the first blooms of spring that bring me so much peace and happiness. Especially after a rough Winter. Clouds are like God’s artwork, and like snowflakes, no two are the same.
List at least five of your favorite spices? (excluding salt and pepper)
Smoked Paprika, Cinnamon, Garlic (lots of garlic), Dill, and Vanilla (that counts as a spice right?). I love garlic though, I put garlic in almost everything.
Bonus question: What are you grateful for from last week, and what are you looking forward to in the week coming up?
Grateful it is over. Always grateful that it is over. My professor is sucking the fun out of school and the life out of me. Not that I’ve been having much fun, but sometimes classes are enjoyable. I like learning new things, I just don’t like school. However, he has made it so I am not enjoying anything about his class. Information Security is my field, it is where I want to start my career, but I haven’t enjoyed anything about this Security Management class… I blame him. What am I looking forward to in the week coming up? Next week is week 5. I am almost done with his class. Then I am taking a break. I’ll be out of school until August 14th. I would like more time, but beggars can’t be choosers. So I’ll take the almost 2 months off and find something relaxing to do with my time. Read a book or two, put my feet in the ocean… Relax, relate, release! Whoosah.
Have to agree on the clouds too…I have seen some gorgeous clouds lately and every time I try to capture it, I struggle, just too complex with various colors.

The only problem I’ve ever had with cloud photos is sometimes the colors wash out, everything awash in Gray. This is typically an easy enough fix though. I wish you luck getting your photos to come out the way you want them too.
