This weeks photo prompt is Connected. I used a funky “instant” filter on these photos. I like the effect. I hope you do too.
This is a bridge used to connect what I can only guess you could call two isle’s. The wind that comes over that bridge is no joke. Anyway, I hope you enjoy this weeks contribution. See you tomorrow!
I found your blog over at HarsH ReaLiTy! I’m looking forward to connecting.

I’m glad you enjoyed the photos. I love the beach. Didn’t realize how much until I moved to Colorado… Thank God I’m back on the East coast again. Anyway… Thanks for stopping by! Have a wonderful week.

I think your funky filter gives nostalgic charm to your shore shots… I especially like the perspective and composition in your first photo, DB.
Do you have a way to tweak level on your photo processing? I’m thankful to have that ability in Lightroom, particularly after coming home from the beach. That horizon can be tricky sometimes 😉

No, I don’t really. I just use photo. I keep saying I am going to get light room, but truthfully I just haven’t had the time to learn a new software.

Oh BTW, that second photo was taken through a window. The hotel I was staying in had a tower, I went up there and took that photo. That is why the levels are off. The filter covers it a little, but only a little.

I thought so too. I’m not a big fan of filters, but sometimes they can make a mundane photo, interesting.
