QOTD – Sleep

Sleep is just as important to the body as food.  However, when our more basic routines get broken, sleep can be hard to achieve.  Which brings me to this weeks Question of the Day.

What side of the bed do you sleep on?

Personally, I sleep on the left hand side of the bed.  However, when I was thinking about the side of the bed I’ve slept on throughout my life, that was not always the case.  Before I got married and lived with my husband full time, I slept on the right hand side of the bed.  However, after we got married I tended to sleep on whichever side of the bed was either farthest from the door, or closest to the wall.  So for the majority of our marriage that has tended to be the left hand side of the bed.

So what about you?  What side of the bed do you sleep on?  As always leave your comment below!

      1. Yeah, I bet! Pssst. When I lay down on my back, I rock my head you know like right to left till I fall asleep? Don’t know why I do this. Always have done it since I was little and I never outgrew it.

        1. Yeah I have something similar that I do with my feet. My husband says when I do it I rock the whole bed lol. So I guess that is my way of rocking myself to sleep. I don’t even know when I started doing it, I’ve just always done it.

It's your turn to say something... What do you think?
