This weeks photo prompt is Close Up. I believe this is one of the easiest ones yet. Probably 90% of the photos I take are macros.
I have no idea what kind of plant that is, but its delicate little fringe is beautiful. At least to me.
Both of these photos were taken this year. The one at the top was taken at Brookside Gardens just under a month ago. This one here at the bottom was taken in May at Cylburn Arboretum. I provided links for anyone that lives in the Maryland/DC/Virginia area that may be interested in seeing these beautiful gardens for themselves.

I think so too, but I’m not sure. I am horrible about looking at those little labels that they stick in the ground lol. Sometimes I look, but I don’t always remember.

Thanks! Aren’t they though, I don’t think I’ve ever seen anything like them before. So much detail but they were so little at the same time. Loved them.
