Unknown Visitors

My husband is gone for training (he left this morning).  He’ll be back in a couple of weeks.  Andre and I are just hanging out at the house, enjoying the peace and quiet.  Which is nice.  Then my cellphone rings; It’s the front door.  Someone is trying to get me to buzz them in.  Here’s the catch… we don’t have visitors.  We especially don’t have visitors that feel the need to come over without calling first, so I know that it is just someone trying to gain access to the building.  Needless to say, I sent the call straight to voicemail.  But they called up two more times!

First off, you know you don’t know anyone in my apartment, so why are you calling me?

Secondly, why would you call back after I just sent you to voicemail?

They finally gave up on me, but I peeped out the window and they are still at the callbox, so apparently they are trying other apartments now.  If the people you came to visit don’t want to let you in, then why would some random stranger want to let you in?  People live in secure buildings for a reason….  Anyway!

Back to your regularly scheduled program.  I am going to watch some more YouTube Videos.  I hope everyone is having a great day and a great weekend thus far.

BFN!

  1. We met Sam and the family at Red Robin, walked downtown Brighton and had a beer, went to the Winery for a glass of wine and yummy cake. Finally to the Sushi place for sushi and my first sakebomb! Now we’re home and waiting a little bit before mowing the lawn. Good times!!
