As some of you know, I’ve got myself a new blog. Having moved my old blog over to WordPress from Blogger. As I sit here I’ve realized that I’ve really let me blog slip over the last year or so. But as some of you also know, it’s been a hectic year filled with revelations, moves, and such. But I’m hoping that this is the beginning of a new blog experience. As some of you also know I’ve started a new blog. Sunshine’s Daily Pet Peeve. If you want the link I can provide it. So I guess I will no longer be writing my Pet Peeve Top 10 lol. No need in repeating myself right? Enough of all that… this is a new day.
This has been a lovely week. Except for still not making my much needed trip to the bank I feel I’ve been very productive. I took Andre to the eye Dr yesterday. He needs glasses. I let him pick out the frames he wanted. I am not 100% crazy about them, but as long as he likes them I know he will wear them, so I guess that means I’m happy. I bought Lucy a new sundress to honor the beginning of spring. Or at least I’m hoping that spring is beginning. This was my first winter here in Colorado, I’m not exactly sure what to expect. Especially since we’ve been hitting record highs since I’ve been here and everyone told me to expect snow into May. We’ve barely gotten snow since I’ve been here. Anyway…
Something else has greeted me as of late…
These were delivered to my front door about a week ago. Aren’t they pretty. I love Hydrangeas, and since I’ve been whining (endlessly) about the lack of color here in Colorado, William decided to buy me these and have them delivered. I have them sitting in my office on my desk with the blinds wide open so they can get the morning sunlight. And anyone that knows me, knows I don’t do open blinds, so I must really love this plant LOL.
Lucy even got herself a new dress to welcome spring. See Jan, even eating she looks pissed LOL. I think she’s cute in her new sundress. She let me put it on her with minimal complaint. She even stuck around after I put her down to shoot me evil looks. Usually she runs under the bed and hides. She must like it a little because when Andre and I passed the house yesterday on the way to the eye Dr she, and all her pink dress glory, was sitting in the front window of the house.
Well, that’s it for now… oh wait! A Review!!!
William, God bless him, has very stinky uniforms. He goes to work, he works hard, he gets funky and the uniforms hold the funk. I wash them they still stink. The only way I’ve found to kill the funk is to put a little bleach in the wash. I don’t like doing that because his uniforms are expensive and I don’t want to fade them. Anyway…
I was in Target and I ran across Tide with Febreze. I was like what the hell, and picked it up. OMG. That stuff is awesome. It pulled all the funk right out of that stinky man’s uniforms *giggles* okay… so he doesn’t really stink that bad, except for in the summer anyway, good LORD. But they smelled so nice. I can’t use it for all of the clothing I wash because I am allergic to Tide but his uniforms (uniforms, socks, t’shirts, pt’s) all come out smelling so good. So if you have anything that comes out of the wash just as funky as when it went in, consider this detergent.
Special “UPS” go to my husband. He made the early list for promotions, so WOOHOO, Congrats William on picking up E7!!!
Okay, this blog is over… I’ve yapped long enough. Ya’ll have a wonderful finish to your week and an even more wonderful weekend!
